internal cleaning of vessels, tanks & containers of all kinds.
Where fixed heads can achieve a satisfactory cleaning result, their
simple design assures low investment cost and maximum reliability.

- They are usually operated at low pressure and cleaning is achieved
by intensive wetting and rinsing and by the turbulent action of
the water flowing down the tank wall.

Rotating Cleaning Head - Type
RO & UBB The rotary head spin on differential
pressure of the water inlet. It rotates at high speed on stainless
steel bearings. Three (3) strategically located orifice outlets
facilitates rotating water jet for tank cleaning. The clever design results
in no maintenance at all being necessary

Rotating Cleaning Heads - Type UBC
Rotating motion is achieved by the reaction forces of the water
jets. The rotating sphere rolls on 2 rows of stainless steel ball
bearings so the head can be mounted in any position.
Inner and outer surfaces are highly polished to avoid contamination
and bacterial growth.

Two Axis Drive Head
- Type LT / LTFT
The Butterworth Type LT / LTFT
automated tank cleaning nozzles provides 360° impact indexed
coverage for the cleaning the insides of tanks, process vessels,
tank farms, ship storage vessels.
Tank capacities range from
500-150,000 gallons (2-570 M3) for one machine per tank. A
complete pattern is established when 65 axial revolutions of the
body have been completed with jet radius of 6m (min) to 40
meters (max) with varying pressure input.
